A lot of WWII and Cold War era Russian Soviet propaganda posters. The lot includes posters, The Wehrmacht Had a Rich Eexperience of Wars by Nikolai Muratov; The Tale of the Russian Bogatyr Ivan and the Red Maiden Katyusha by Matvey Mazrukho; Odessa Mama by Matvey Mazrukho; Russian Winter. All posters from the Portfolio: Inmortal Feat, thirty two posters by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash. Publishing house of the RSFSR. Circa: 1950s. Provenance: from an exhibition, Leningrad Collective Propaganda artists. Each poster is marked and stamped in the print. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century.
