A pair of Antique Islamic Qajar Persian Qalandam lacquered papier mache pen boxes with rounded ends and sliding trays. The boxes are finely painted with flowers and insects motifs, and female portraits and interior scenes, on a gilt decorated ground. Circa: 19th century.
