FRENCH BRONZE SCULPTURE AFTER MATHURIN MOREAU
An antique 1900s Academic style allegorical dark patinated bronze sculpture on a round base after Mathurin Moreau, French 1822 to 1912. The sculpture depicts a boy holding a flute in a hand and a bird sitting on it. Signed with etching on the base. Circa: early 20th century. Mathurin Moreau was a French sculptor in the academic style. He is known for Academic sculpture, allegory, and female figures.
