VICTORIAN BRITISH MINIATURE PAINTING BRONZE FRAME
A fine late 19th century hand painted portrait miniature of an unknown woman signed: Cosway, center right. Richard Cosway, British 1742 to 1821, was a leading English portrait painter of the Georgian and Regency era, noted for his miniatures.
