POLISH JEWISH OIL PAINTING BY ABRAHAM STRASKI
Abraham Straski (Polish, 1903-1987) oil painting on canvas, Man Playing the Flute. Signed lower right. Framed. Circa 1950s-1960s. Straski was a Polish-born painter who moved to the United States after surviving the Nazi concentration camps in the Holocaust. His works are usually representations of rabbis done in warm, rich colors.
