A vintage Soviet poster "Lensky Rasstrel" [Lena Massacre], by Alexei Pakhomov. Publishing house IZOGIZ, Moscow - Leningrad, 1931. Circulation of 15 000 copies. Color lithograph on paper. Alexey Pakhomov (1900-1973) - an outstanding painter, graphic artist, teacher. He was engaged in monumental art, book illustration, poster, sculpture. A brilliant draftsman and a recognized master of lithography.
