16 Old Thai Silver Snuff Boxes
Large assortment of about 16 Thai snuff boxes, the boxes are made in handcrafted soldering and cutting, and decorated with elaborate embossing and an engraving in repeating organic and floral motifs surrounding the boxes in a circular corm, among them a 3 dish set in different sizes, sculpted in a pattern of gourds integrated with painting and delicate polychrome filling bewteen the engraving and embossing decorations, an additional dish with a curving narrowing shape decorated with an embossed element of a mythological animal and accompanying embossment decorations, the dishes are not marked, acid tested by the auction house.
