Very Rare! Silver Kettle w/ Painted Porcelain. Augsburg, 17th\18th c
Very Rare! Augsburg, 17th\18th century.
Gilded silver kettle, decorated with burning and hammering. Body integrated with porcelain hoops with a hand painting of riding and hunting scenes.
Painted porcelain plaque decorates the lid as well.
The spout is decorated with the figure of a mythological animal and an animal head in its end.

Marked (on lid and base) with the City Mark, "Zig Zag" stripe (silver quality test) and the maker's mark "EA".
