Shiraz Silver Tray. circa end of 19th century.
Octagonal tray, with handles to its sides, decorated with engraving and handcrafted hammering of warriors and scenes from everyday village life.
In the center of the tray there is a medallion with phrases from Persian poets
Very high level artisanal craftsmanship.
Length: 54 cm (without handles) and 64 cm (including handles), width: 41 cm.
Weight: 2840 grams.
Silver tested.
