Colt Detective Spec .38 Special CTG
The Colt Detective Special is an American revolver introduced in 1927 as a snub-nosed variant of the Colt Police Positive Special and inspired by the made-to-order Fitz Special (1918 - 1944). The name "Detective Special" suggests intent to be a concealed carry weapon for use by plainclothes police detectives. This Colt Detective Special was produced in 1977 and is blued with a 2” barrel. The firearm is in excellent condition, showing almost no signs of wear or use. Please see photos
