Bill Jordan asked Smith & Wesson to make a .357 Magnum on the medium-sized and lighter K frame, rather than the heavy N frame. Production of the 2.5 inch barrel Model 19 began in 1967. This Revolver was made in 1972. This Revolver features a 2.25-2.3 inch barrel and is in Very Good condition showing normal signs of use and wear/small wood crack on Right Grip. Please see photos.
