Circa 1850 Salt-Glazed Stoneware Jar - An early decorated salt-glazed, stoneware jar with cobalt decoration around the belly of the jar. Unglazed interior, dating to approx 1840-1860. Minor abrasions to lip and base, with a stonepops to the body. A fine example of an early jar. Measures a short 7 3/4 inches tall.
