Ovoid Stoneware Jug - Marked [I. SEYMOUR / TROY] - Here is an exceptional piece of early American stoneware. This massive ovoid jug is marked [I. SEYMOUR / TROY], and has an impressed capacity mark of '3'. The 3 gallon ovoid jug features a decorated floral motif. It is in good overall condition. Does retain a chip to the rim, as pictured. Some slight staining, and a stoneware pop to the right side of the jugs body. Structurally sound. Measures 15 inches tall.
