Rare! Civil War Friendship Quilt - A Civil War period applique top quilt. Circa 1861-1865, a rare friendship quilt with squares by different makers. One square has the American eagle with flag, another the Coat of Arms of Pennsylvania. Numerous color changes due to aging, minor staining, 5% of red applique is torn or missing in one square. A rare piece. Measures approx 7 feet x 7 feet.
