18th or 19th Century Filled Brass Studded Item ? - A puzzlement to us ! Very early and unique item. Covered with hundreds of brass studs. Cone shaped with handle. Handle is brass covered over the wood and has designs in the brass. 13 long x 9 wide x 6 tall. Two rings with stamped designs. Original patina. Probably foreign. Very unusual and unique.
