Plains Tacked Wooden Quirt - Circa 1890. A wooden quirt carved with decorations of horse tracks, hands and grooves. The carving is enhanced with green pigment and further decorated with 36 brass tacks. Otter fur wrist strap. Measures 36 inches in length, while the wooden quirt measures 17.75 inches in length.
