Rare! 1942 WWII Purina War Poster (Only Known Example) - This dated 1942 NOS (new old stock) Purina War Poster is the only known example of this particular poster design. Marked at bottom left it is marked LITHO IN U.S.A and the bottom left is marked PS695 A-6-1942. Graphically it features a small chick dressed as a paratrooper and holding a weapon/gun, also featuring fall maple leaves. A fine and iconic example. The poster itself measures 24 3/4 x 12 3/4. It has been professionally framed in a UV protected acrylic frame. Combining country, advertising, and history - a great addition to any collection.
