Court register of the Mazir community in Belarus, in the handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Zalman Ancilevitsh Rabbi of Mazir, with words of Torah in Halacha and Agada in his handwriting - 1900s Register of court deeds of the Mazir community in Belarus, in the handwriting of Rabbi Shneor Zalman (son of R. Gershon) Ancilevitsh. The notebook contains halachic answers (and also words of Torah in Halacha and Agada) from the year 1909 onwards, and Gittin documents. The court's emissary is mentioned in the notebook - Rabbi Yehuda Leib son of Rabbi Levi Yitzhak Kantrowitz. In the notebook also appears a copy of a Get to a deaf signed by Rabbi Gershon Ancilevitsh. Below is the content of the register: *Many copies of court acts in Gittin matters, with documentation of the names of the judges and witnesses. * A long answer regarding the 'permit of a hundred rabbis', in which Rabbi Ancilevitsh writes: ”I sent my permit...to the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Rabinowitz, Rabbi of Minsk, for him to sign, and then the great men of the generation signed, and then I sent it to Vilna to the Gaon Rabbi Rabbi Haim Ozer.” The names of the hundred rabbis are listed. Among the signatories, is R. isser Zalman Meltzer: ”I also agree and am among those who allow all of the above... ”. * Responsa on Mazir's mikvah. * Wording for a bill of Halitza * Commentaries on the Book of Genesis. * Commentaries on the tractate of Hulin. * A fascinating report  about a resident of Mazir who they didn't know where to bury. The christian priest refused to bury him with them and the Hevra Kaddisha also refused. Rabbi Shnior Zalman Ancilevitsh , descended from rabbis and Torah geniuses from ten generations before him, sat on the rabbinical throne in the city of Mazir for about forty years and did a lot for his city. His son was the late public businessman R.
