First edition of Chiddushei Agadot by the Maharsh"a, as the author printed them in two sefarim: Chiddushei Halachot and Chiddushei Aggadot.

First edition of one of the primary fundamental works of Talmudic scholarship. All editions of Sha"s printed in the past hundred years have been printed with Chiddushei HaMaharsh"a.

This volume is composed of both parts, but it is lacking.

Part I: 131 leaf. More than half the sefer. The leaves of the middle third are complete.

Specifications of the leaves: First section - individual leaves from Tractates Yevamot and Ketubot. Nedarim - lacking one leaf. Sotah - lacking one leaf. Brachot - incomplete. Shabbat - lacking the beginning. Bava Kamma, Bava Metzia and Bava Batra - incomplete. From then on, complete until the end of the volume: Sanhedrin, Makkot, Shevuot, Eduyiot, Avodah Zarah, Horiyot, Zevachim, Menachot, Chulin, Bechorot, Erchin, Temurah, Kritut, Me'ilah, Kinin, Tamid, Middot, Keilim, Nega'im, Niddah, Yadin, Uktzin.

Part II: 46 leaf. Tractates: Eiruvin, Pesachim, Yoma, part of Sukkah. Part of Beitzah Rosh HaShanah, Ta'anit - minimally lacking.
