The Chida's prominent halachic work, supplementing and fortifying his Birchei Yosef and Shayarei Beracha. Two sections in one volume. Large work on the blessings - Birchot Hanehenin with the text of the blessings, including the Grace after Meals with laws and customs, words of mussar and kabala and an expansive commentary. Approbations from the rabbis of Leghorn.
The author, Rabbi Elisha Habillo (c. 1719-1800), was an Italian rabbi. He was a dedicated disciple of Rabbi Dovid Pardo. He also authored the Avodat HaTamid elucidation on prayer and the Hamon Chogeg commentary on the Haggada.
