Torat Moshe. First Edition of the Rawa”h Chumash (and Siddur). Rödelheim, 1818 - ”If not for him - hymns would already have lapsed and not be recited anymore in our generation” (The Chatam Sofer regarding the Rawa”h) Chumash Torah Moshe  - Bereishit, with German translation and the Minchah Chadashah commentary, edited by Wolf b”r Shimshon Ish Heidenheim. Rödelheim, 1818. Important and precise edition that earned the praise of Chassidic and other guiding lights of the generations. Includes haftarahs and the service for shacharit for Shabbat, printed as a supplement to other siddurim, and added in only some of the copies of Chumash Torah Moshe . The second page count includes the haftarahs, with an identical title page. The third page count consists of the shacharit and mussaf services for Shabbat, followed by hymns for special Shabbats (with various names, such as Yotzer , Ahavah , Zulat , etc.) First edition of the chumash with the Rawa”h's commentary [by Rabbi Wolf Heidenheim], as appears on the title page: ”... most precise, most orderly, by me, Wolf son of Shimshon z”l, Ish Heidenheim.” The Chatam Sofer said about him, ”If not for him (the complete sage Rabbi Wolf Heidenheim)- the hymns would already have ceased and not recited in our generation.” Chassidic greats also admired him very much, and when the Alter Rebbe of Lubavitch published his famous siddur, he ordered that it be proofread according to the siddur by the renowned sage Rabbi Wolf Heidenheim that was printed in Rödelheim ”because it is very precise and extremely well proofread.” [3], 143: 24, 4: 58 leaves.
