Likkutei HaTorah by the Ram"al of Sassov. Rare Segulah Book. Pedigree Copy

"This sacred book will be an excellent protection ... and its power will draw towards them viable offspring and plentiful sustenance" (foreword by the rabbi of Zavlituv)

Likkutei HaTorah by the Ram"al contains Torah thoughts, Chassidut and conduct of the Admo"r Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sassov. Kolmaa, 1896. Rare book. Personal copy of the rebbe of Bardyev, grandson of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz.

As stated, this is the book by the Admo"r Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sassov - one of the most prominent Admo"rim of all generations and supporter of hidden tzaddikim. The signature of the Admo"r of Bardyev, Rabbi Yechiel Nathan Halberstam, grandson of Rabbi Chaim of Sanz, graces the top of the title page, and the first leaves bear approximately 8 of his owner's stamps.

Segulah book: The book opens with a foreword by the author's grandson, the rebbi Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hager of Zavlituv, who promises that "This sacred book will be an excellent protection from plague and disease and all harsh decrees, distress and trouble, and its power will draw towards him viable offspring and plentiful sustenance, amen, may it be His will."

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for brief biographies of the Admo"rs Rabbi Yehudah Leib of Sassov and Rabbi Yechiel Nathan Halberstam of Bardyev.
