Rücksprache mit allen Gläubigen des rabbinischen Judenthums über die jüngst erschienene Brochüre betitelt Ansprache an meine Gemeinde von Dr. Abraham Geiger, Breslau 1842. An article by the Rabbis Yisrael and David Deutsch (author of 'Asof Asefa'), community Rabbis in Germany, in response to an article published by Avraham Geiger, the spiritual father of the Reform congregation, in the congregation. At the beginning of their remarks they mention the Chief Rabbi of the district, Rabbi Shimshon Rafael Hirsch, Geiger's childhood friend who became his main opponent.
Without a cover, pages detached, aging stains, fine condition.
