146 leaves [marked 145]. 30 cm.Many approbations, including ones from Rabbi Efraim Luntschitz , author of the Kli Yakar, and Rabbi Yeshaya Horowtiz, the Shla"h. Leaf 2 has an engraving of birds flying and Jerusalem. Sketches on a number of leaves. With list of omissions at the end of the book. Leaf 100 bears a lengthy comment in an antiquated hand, concluding with: "Refer to my novellae."
New, half-leather binding. Professional restoration to the margins of the title page. Light marginal tears in the last three leaves. Fine to very fine condition.
