Lacking the leaf before the title page. 18 leaves are added for the weekly readings at Shabbat Minchah. This machzor is listed by the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book  according to a copy in the Italian Synagogue in Jerusalem. There is a beautiful inscription on the flyleaf upon the birth of a son seven months after his father's passing. [1] 274: 18 leaves, approximately 16 cm.
