Antique 18K Yellow Gold & Platinum Ring with 0.65 CTW in Diamonds - Antique 18K yellow gold and platinum ring centered with a round-cut diamond approx. 0.20 ctw (H color, VS2 clarity), accented by round-cut and single-cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.45 ctw (H?J color) for a combined approx. 0.65 ctw. Size 7 1/2; total weight 7.6 grams; top width approx. 0.50 inches. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined.
