Antique 18K Yellow Gold & Platinum Ring with 0.80 CTW in Diamonds & Emeralds - Antique ring crafted in 18K yellow gold with platinum top, centered with a yellow old mine diamond approx. 0.60 ctw (VS2 clarity), accented with old rose-cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.20 ctw and vivid emerald accents in an ornate, elongated plaque-style design. Size 5 1/2. Total weight 4.0 grams. Top width approx. 0.92 inches. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined.
