ART NOUVEAU 1900 Sherry Liquor Bottle In Reddish Glass & Overlay Sterling Silver - England or United States, Art Nouveau (c. 1890–1910). Early 20th-century sherry/back-bar decanter in clear cranberry-toned glass with high-grade silver overlay collar and dense engraved thistle-and-scrollwork decoration, retaining the matching silver-covered stopper; silver electronically tested .998/.999 and engraved “Feb 11th 1911.” Materials: blown clear pink/reddish glass and .998/.999 silver overlay. Dimensions: H 336.6 mm x Dia. 92.7 mm (13.25 x 3.65 in). Weight: 751 g (0.75 kg). Hallmarks: unsigned; purity confirmed by electronic testing (“.998/.999 Ar”).
