David Webb 1970 Dangle Clips-on Earrings In 18Kt Gold With 7.34 Ctw Sapphires - Very elegant pair of clips on earrings, created in New York City at the jewelry atelier of David Webb back in the 1970. These beautiful dangle clips-on earrings have been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with polished and hammered finishes, The earrings are mounted with four natural earth mined sapphires and fitted at the reverse with posts for pierced ears and comfortable French omega backs for fastening clips. Sapphires: Mounted in bezel settings, with 2 round cabochons cuts (6 x 6 x 4 mm) of natural vivid blue sapphires, 3.10 carats. (Presumable Pailin). and 2 oval cabochons cuts (8 x 6 x 4 mm) of natural vivid blue sapphires, 4.24 carats. (Presumable Ceylon). Weight: 29.75 Grams (19.27 Dwt). Measurements: 36 mm by 25.2 mm (1.42 x 1.0 Inches). Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, ”©WEBB 18 KT”.
