This piece from Piero Milano features a wide, slightly domed ring measuring 11mm thick. On its widest surface is a concentric diamond-shaped well of glitter. There is a cluster of diamonds at the center surrounded by a diamond-shaped halo of purplish-pink sapphires, followed by yellow sapphires, and finally framed by a diamond-shaped halo of brilliant white diamonds.
