Gemstones: Mounted with 3 round spheres of 6 mm, carved from natural Afghani blue lapis lazuli with an estimate weight of 3 carats.Weight: 3.40 Grams, (2.18 Dwt).Measurements: 68 mm by 24 mm (2.84 x 0.95 Inches).Hallmarks: Tested for 18kt gold.
