Peter Benchley's Akubra Pure Fur Felt Snowy River Hat - Akubra Snowy River outback hat constructed from tan Imperial Quality pure fur felt. The hat features a pinched crown and a wide, slightly upturned brim. A brown braided leather band with a decorative knot and two trailing ends encircles the base of the crown. A small decorative cluster of green and yellow feathers is secured behind the knot. The interior is finished with a white satin lining and a dark brown leather sweatband with gold-stamped branding. Marked on the lining and the sweatband Akubra. Stamped on the sweatband Snowy River and Made Expressly for Outback Trading Co PA. 4 1/2” H x 13 1/2” W x 14 1/2” L.
