This decorative chart identifies 38 historic shipwrecks occurring between 1563 and 1967 around the reefs of Bermuda. Each vessel is depicted in a small illustration surrounding the central map of the islands, with a comprehensive historical index provided in a scroll format at the lower right. A central cartouche includes a coat of arms and text regarding Tucker exploration and his discovery of a valuable emerald cross from the wreck of the San Pedro. Sight: 18 x 23 1/4 in.
