3 Large Industrial Copper Cooking Vessels by A. Cooper Copper Works and Wrought Iron Range Co. - Group of three early 20th-century industrial copper cooking vessels produced by A. Cooper Copper Works and the Wrought Iron Range Co. The group includes a large cylindrical water dispenser and two shallow pots, each constructed from heavy-gauge rolled sheet copper with reinforced base rims and riveted handle attachments. The dispenser is fitted with two upright wrought iron handles and a brass spigot at the base. The shallow pots feature horizontal wrought iron handles and tin-lined interiors intended for commercial use. The dispenser is marked on the exterior A. Cooper Copper Works Chicago and bears a vintage paper label from Chicago Allied Warehouses, Inc. One shallow pot is stamped Wrought Iron Range Co. St. Louis 7 1/4. The medium shallow pot is unsigned. Water dispenser: 19” H x 22” diameter. Unsigned pot: 9 1/2” H x 17 1/2” W x 22” D. From the Woodstock, New York estate of music manager Albert Grossman, best known for managing artists including Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Band, and Peter, Paul and Mary.
