Arts and Crafts Oak Hall Stand - Arts and Crafts oak hall stand. The structure includes two tall square-profile upright posts connected by a wide horizontal top rail and an intermediate rectangular umbrella ring. Four sets of cast metal double-pronged hooks are mounted to the upper posts. The base includes two scrolled side supports joined by two cross-members, highlighting the prominent grain of the oak. Construction shows simple joints and exposed screw heads. 69 1/2” H x 14” W x 13” D. From the Woodstock, New York estate of music manager Albert Grossman, best known for managing artists including Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Band, and Peter, Paul and Mary.
