A Pair of Louis XV Style Leather-Top End Tables - A pair of Louis XV style end tables featuring mahogany-finished wood frames with light wood veneer borders. Each table has an inset brown leather top detailed with gold-tooled borders and a central circular gold-tooled motif. The wooden top frames are designed with serpentine edges and raised, carved leaf-motif corner accents. The bases consist of scalloped aprons with rope-carved lower molding supported by four cabriole legs. The legs feature carved acanthus leaf decoration at the knees and terminate in whorl feet. Each table includes a single lower undershelf with serpentine edges. 29 x 24.5 x 19.5 inches.
