3 Roman Glass Vessels Including Two Unguentaria and a Small Bowl - A collection of three ancient free-blown glass vessels dating to the Roman period. The lot includes two slender unguentaria, commonly known as tear vials, and one small bowl. The first vial is crafted from pale blue-green glass and features a bulbous base, a long tapering neck, and a flattened, folded rim, exhibiting heavy silvery-blue iridescence and surface weathering. The second vial has a pear-shaped body with a distinct shoulder and a slender neck, showing a pale yellowish-green hue and patches of mineralization. The small bowl is thin-walled and translucent with a rounded body and a slightly flared rim, displaying light weathering and areas of brownish mineral encrustation on the interior.
