16 C. Persian Illuminated Poetry Manuscript - A 16th century Persian manuscript leaf with illustration and poetry in nastaliq script. Sight: 10 1/4” H x 7 1/4” W, Frame: 14” H x 11” W. Manuscript is mounted on board, framed and behind glass. Foxing to paper, slight spotting, loss to the flute player in the bottom left, crazing to the paint of the illustration. Examined out of frame
