Reisinger, Hasting Duck Decoy
This decoy is a Bluebill or ring-necked duck decoy that is marked on the bottom with a piece of tape that says "Reisinger old man" and also has the word "Hasting". Glass eyes, keel weight, and an eye for attachment of anchor line. Body contour is very deep breasted. The bluebill has a black tip and white ring just behind the black tip and at the base of the bill. Possibly by George Reisinger (Pekin, IL, 1880-1953) or James Reisinger (George's Son, 1906-1967)
