Tegelsten, Carl Johann. St. Petersburg.
Date: Ca. 1835-1844.
Technique: Silver.
Description: Rectangular shape with fitted rim and handles on the sides. Finely engraved
circumferential rocailles and foliage. The year 1844 engraved on the lower rim and a
ligatured monogram opposite.
Weight: Ca. 5810g.
Measurement: 85x58cm.
Mark: Inspection mark St.Petersburg with 18(?)5 (Goldberg no.1179, 1205), 84, maker's mark Carl Johann Tegelsten (from 1833, ibid. no.1429).
