A Batplane Factory-Sealed Model Kit. - (Aurora, 1966) A factory-sealed model kit of the Batplane. Capitalizing on the popularity of the live-action series, the box art of Batman and Robin closely resembles Adam West and Burt Ward. While the Caped Crusader has utilized several aerial vehicles over the years, this design most closely resembles the Batplane II that was introduced in Batman #61 (Oct 1950) and appeared in this form through the mid-60s. Measuring 5.25” x 13” and 1.5” deep, the item is tightly wrapped in its original cellophane and in very fine condition, with only the slightest residue from a price sticker on the side panel.
