A Fort Wilderness Railroad Maintenance Manual. - (WED, 1973) A rare maintenance manual for the Fort Wilderness Railroad at Walt Disney World. The manual contains information for the upkeep and repair of the attraction's locomotives, cars, and tracks, complete with schematics. The attraction opened at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in 1974 and only remained open until 1980 due to its many issues with maintenance, noise, and safety. The 271-page hardcover manual was created by WED Enterprises and distributed to very few Imagineers, making it a scarce piece of Disney history. Measuring 8.75” x 1” x 11.25”, the maintenance manual is in very good condition with light scratches and wear from Imagineer use.
