A Walt Disney World Background and Philosophy Booklet. - (WED, 1967-71) A Walt Disney World Background and Philosophy Publication. WED Imagineering assembled this in 1971, with documents and transcripts outlining Walt Disney's philosophy for creating Disneyland and the Company's aspirations for Walt Disney World. Included are a copy of the original 1953 pitch for Disneyland and transcripts of plaques in the Park and press conferences. First assembled in 1967, it is updated with a 1971 article concerning Walt Disney World. Measuring 8.5” x 11” x 0.5” thick, the publication is in very good condition with light handling wear and a small oxidation mark on the cover from a paper clip.
