Ration Card - Litzmannstadt Ghetto - Holocaust - Very rare cigarette ration card for Jews from the Ghetto of Litzmannstadt. Used condition and with some water damage but perfectly readable. Titled ”Der Aelteste der Juden in Litzmannstadt” both in German and Hebraic. This was given to those Jews within the Lodz ghetto that were smokers. This one was issued to one Jakob Baharier. On the lower part it is written the name of Chaim Rumkowski, the elder of the Jews in the Ghetto and a very controversial man even hated by many Jews.
