Good condition.The voluntary labor service (FAD) was a publicly funded employment program introduced in 1931 by the Reich Institute for Job Placement and Unemployment Insurance of the Weimar Republic . Young, unemployed people were to come together voluntarily in a labor camp in order to work from here for a limited period of time, which was of benefit to the general public and, on the other hand, gave those affected the feeling of being needed.
