Imperial German Artillery Stein - The top has an artillery fuse attached to a metal cover, the ceramic has been manufactured to look like the rifling of an artillery shell. The ceramic has a couple of cracks, I assume from the weight of the shell cracking down but they don't go all the way to the bottom. Manufacured by J.Reinemann/ Munich
