Wall Metal Plaque ofOtto Bismarck - WW1 - Very well manufactured wall metal plaque with the relief bust of Otto Bismarck , the great Chancellor of Germany. Some parts were painted in gold and some traces are still visibe. On the reverse there's a ring to hang on the wall. It was a patriotic souvenir. VERY IMPORTANT !!!Shiping from our office in Europe
