Adolf Hitler Chromolithograph Portrait on Wood. This hard to find original 220 x 290mm or 8-5/8 x 11-1/2 inch ‘Kampfzeit’ period portrait of Adolf Hitler from around 1930 is done on wood in what we believe the chromolithograph technique, where the printing is direct onto a piece of plywood and then sealed, probably using a heating process, giving the effect as if the portrait has been painted on wood. The back is plain wood without any surface treatment. Brass hanger at the top. The facial expression is amazing and the picture draws you in. A rare early Third Reich artifact,
