Collection of regulations issued in 1939-1941 by governor Ludwig Fischer (1905-1947) for the Warsaw District of the General Government, containing the legal basis of Nazi policy towards Jews and Poles in the Warsaw District.
The collection includes, among others the ordinance on the establishment of the Warsaw ghetto ("über die Bildung eines jüdischen Wohnbezirkes in der Stadt Warschau" of October 2, 1940) and the organizational framework of its operation, as well as the ordinance on marking Jews, registering Jewish property, establishing and organizing a Judenrat, forced labor for Jews, organization of the administrative apparatus, NSDAP, SS and Police in the Warsaw district and many others.

Extremely rare document of the legal basis of the Holocaust in the occupied eastern territories.
Only single copies of this periodical have survived to this day.
Unique in such a large collection.
