Reinhard Heydrich Postcard with Death Mask Stamp! 1943
Reinhard Heydrich Postcard with an official portrait of the "Butcher of Prague", one of the most influential and powerful personalities of the close cirle of Adolf Hitler. On the reverse it bears the official post stamp that was issued as a tribute after his assassination by Czech partians in Prague during the Operation Anthropoid. It depicts his death mask. Postcard has also an ink stamp on the reverse, on the post stamp, applied in Prague in 1934. Nice postcard not often seen for sale.
